You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9 account credentials, including your username and password. pk9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify pk9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. pk9 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
pk9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your pk9 account. Any account found to be accessed or operated by a person other than the registered account holder may be suspended pending investigation.
All deposits to the pk9 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pk9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. pk9 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. pk9 aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. pk9 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of such verification.
pk9 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. pk9 reserves the right to file Suspicious Transaction Reports ("STRs") with the appropriate Philippine financial intelligence unit where transactions exhibit indicators of money laundering or terrorist financing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk9 content without express written authorization from pk9.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk9 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. pk9's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk9 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
pk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the pk9 Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pk9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via the email address associated with their account.
